INDIVIDUAL
Individual
Get one on one personal training from one of our best instructor who will personalized fitness routine that suits your goal. You will get undivided attention and always able to readjust your goal depending on the milestone you have reached throughout the training.
What to expect:

Body fat analysis. - To understand your body and adjust to your short term and long term goal

Fitness analysis. - To find out your fitness level and create a progressive training for you.

At least 1 hour of effective and efficient workout.

Meal adjustment. - To help you eat right base on your lifestyle.

Short term goal and long-term goal planning.

Homeworkout. - To help you maintain and improve your fitness before the next session.
Group
Train together with your friends or colleague and motivate each other throughout the entire workout. Get sore together the next day and push each other to the next session. Getting fit and healthy together can be really fun. And best of all, reach your goals together for the next your Instagram picture.
What to expect:

GROUP
INDIVIDUAL
WHERE CAN WE TRAIN?
GYM
Condominium gyms, private gym or public gym is fine. Our trainers will make use of the equipment provided to maximize the productivity.
OutDoor
Any open area is fine. We will use resistance bands and other portable equipment to workout.
As long as it doesn't disrupt other people.
Indoor
It can be your home, your office or any studio. We do not need big space for each individual. We always can go down and take a look to see if it is suitable for our workout. We will make use of the environment together with resistance bands and other portable equipment to create an effective workout.
